Kuhn Rikon makes innovative tools to help you tackle all kinds of ingredients in the kitchen. The Strawberry Knife has a hull on one end and a knife on the other so you can prep strawberries with just one tool instead of two. The Avocado Knife does it all: cuts, removes the avocado pit, and scoops the avocado flesh out.

The Strawberry Knife is way more than just a knife. One end of the tool has strawberry huller and the other side has a knife to slice the berries. I love that both ends of the tool fold neatly like a pocket knife for safe keeping. It also makes it easy to take this tool to a picnic or on the go. 

The Avocado Knife is also multi-functional; it is has an avocado pit remover and tool to scoop the avocado. There are three components to this knife: the serrated edge for cutting the avocado in half, two picks for removing the pit, and a curved edge for scooping out the flesh. I was amazed by how well the scooper element worked; it was able to extract all of the flesh without ruining the presentation of the fruit. I love that they designed this handy tool to actually resemble an avocado! There is a hanging loop on the handle where the pit of the avocado would otherwise be.
