The Starpack Vegetable Peeler Set includes two essential, stainless steel vegetable peelers. There is a standard flat peeler blade, as well as a julienne blade for cutting thin strips of vegetables. Both blades are incredibly sharp, and easily glide across most vegetables.

Each of the blades are incredibly sharp, making it much easier to peel a pound of a potatoes or zucchini for a casserole dish.
