The Swiss Diamond 11-Inch Fry Pan has quickly become one of my favorite pans of all-time. Swiss Diamond is well-known for their high quality cookware and this pan is no different. The fry pan is actually made with real diamonds to make the perfect nonstick surface.

Don't let the words fry pan deceive you; there are plenty of easy healthy recipes to make with the fry pan. I loved using this fry pan for making things like this recipe for Skinny Kale and Butternut Squash Quiche and this Caprese Grilled Cheese Sandwich. It is also a great pan for sauteing all of your favorite vegetables.

The nonstick surface of the pan is beyond compare. It is not made with any harmful chemicals like some nonstick pans, but instead aluminum and real diamonds. It is also much longer lasting compared to other nonstick coated pans and is backed by the Swiss Diamond lifetime warranty. 

This is the perfect size for a fry pan. At 11 inches in diameter it can fit plenty of food including multiple chicken breasts and loads of veggies. It has a nice depth of 1.72" that makes it great for sauteing and braising. 

The best part of the pan, in my opinion, is that it can go straight from the stovetop to the oven. This is perfect for making a frittata! The pan can withstand temperatures up to 500 degrees F and even the glass-tempered lid can go in the oven! The steam vent on the lid allows you to control how the food cooks.

The type of handle on cookware is almost as important as the pan or pot itself. This handle is super comfortable in your hand. The ergonomic handle also stays cool while your pan heats up. This can save you from so many hand and finger burns!

Cleaning the pan is just as easy as using it. You can choose between doing a light rinse or you can just put it in your dishwasher. With so little food sticking to the pan, either way take little time or energy.
