Double Layer Chocolate Pie

This Double Layer Chocolate Pie is a chocolate lover's dream come true with layers upon layers of bittersweet chocolate baked into a pie. This is one of the easiest pies to make! It begins with blind baking a chocolate cookie crumb crust then filling it with chocolate ganache. The filling is like the center of a dark chocolate truffle - soft, dense and silky smooth. Terribly decadent.
