Sweet Potato Pot Pies

This is not your traditional pot pie recipe. These Sweet Potato Pot Pies are filled with little chunks of Italian sausage and sweet potatoes that are swimming in a cheddar cheese sauce. Just pulling them from the oven with their golden brown crusts, bubbly filling and mouth-watering aroma will make you feel all warm and cozy inside. This is a great side dish recipe when you're entertaining a crowd or just a few people.
