Ingredients
- 2 cans kidney beans, well rinsed
- 2 small cans tomato paste
- 16 ounces canned tomatoes, cut up
- 2 pounds lean ground turkey, browned and drained
- 2 medium onions, chopped coarsely
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Put the beans, tomato paste, canned tomatoes, turkey, onions, celery, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper into the slow cooker. Stir to blend.
- Cover and cook on high for 5 to 6 hours.
