Ingredients
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 cup Brussels sprouts, sliced in half
- 1 cup baby bok choy, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup parsley, chopped
- 5 celery stalks with leaves included, chopped
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 2 cups purified water
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 inch piece of ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon miso paste
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, put all ingredients in, and cook on low for 8 hours. (Simply set it in the morning and it will be ready when you get home!)
