I love these Parmesan Cauliflower Bites as a snack. They are easy to prepare, taste great, and are a much healthier alternative to potato chips. I'm thinking of trying this recipe using broccoli florets, I might have to adjust the cooking time though. I wonder if this would work if I grated the cauliflower, mixed all the ingredients together, and rolled them into balls before baking? I think I will try that today.

I will try this next time I am looking for a healthy appetizer. My mother used to make something similar years ago, but she used to pan fry the cauliflower so this is way healthier. I might add some garlic powder to the bread crumbs for added flavor. Red pepper flakes would similarly add some heat.
