These would be a great thing to set out for your guests at a casual game day gathering or holiday event! Using the egg whites to coat the nuts is a great way to make the seasoning stick without the nuts getting greasy or overcooked. I'd even put a handful in a baggie and bring them with me to work for a quick protein snack!
