Low-Carb Cauliflower "Bread" Sticks
What if I told you that you could enjoy gooey cheesy breadsticks that were low in carbs, fat, and calories? You'd tell me to get out of here! Well, you haven't tried these Low-Carb Cauliflower "Bread" Sticks. Comprised of just cauliflower, egg whites, cheese, and seasoning, it's hard to believe that these are actually healthy! These "bread" sticks are very simple to make as well and can be served with or without extra cheese on top. Serve with ranch dressing, marinara sauce, or any of your other favorite dips!

Oh wow I had no idea that you could use cauliflower to bake bread! This looks so delicious I'm definitely gonna try it.

These cauliflower sticks are so cheesy and delicious, that even my picky four year old loves them. If you wanted to cut even more on the calories, you can leave the top cheese out, and mix a little parmesan or romano cheese in with the cauliflower egg mixture. I like it both ways! And they're not overly greasy like the ones you get from the pizza place.
