I love to incorporate cruciferous vegetables into my diet whenever possible, but sometimes they can get boring. I love that the broccoli is cooked in this salad! It is so full of flavor, and I love the texture of the fruit and nuts. The dressing is great too. A great break from plain old steamed or sauted broccoli!
