Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons margarine, divided
- 2 tablespoons wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar substitute
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
- 1 cup low fat sour cream
- 2 1-pound cans whole green beans, drained
- 1/2 pound low fat Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Melt 2 tablespoons of the margarine.
3. Add the wheat flour, sugar substitute, black pepper, salt, and onion.
4. Stir in the low fat sour cream and heat through, but do not boil.
5. Stir in the green beans and the low fat cheese and pour into greased casserole.
6. Melt the remaining margarine and stir in the corn flakes.
7. Top the casserole with the corn flake mixture.
8. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
