Ingredients
- 2 Avocados, skin and pit removed
- 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
- 1 cup Diced Roma tomato (about 1 tomato)
- 1 cup Diced red onion (about 1/2 small onion)
- 1 tablespoon Chopped cilantro (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Diced jalapeno*
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- Salt to taste

Cut avocado, remove pit, and scoop out inside.

In medium mixing bowl, mash avocado with a fork

Mix in everything else. Salt to taste.
