We love guacamole at our house and make it often. The variations are really endless. I always add garlic and chopped green onion. Sometimes I add hot sauce or red pepper flakes, depending what I have on hand. I usually chop half a roma tomato and use it to decorate the center of the guacamole. I like to add chopped cilantro, but I am careful about this, because not everyone likes it.
