That couldn't be further from the truth with this Skinny Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread. This recipe calls for whole wheat flour and applesauce in place of butter to cut calories. You could cut more by leaving the chocolate chips out, but why would you do that!? If muffins are more your thing, this mix can be used for chocolate chip zucchini muffins as well. Just don't bake them as long.
