Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked skinless chicken, cubed
- 2 cups pearl barley, cooked
- 10 ounces frozen broccoli, cooked and coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup walnuts, shelled
- 2 ounces golden raisins
- 1 can reduced sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can condensed skim milk
- 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoon curry powder or garam masala
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Steep raisins in 1/2 cup water for to soften.
- Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Drain water from raisins and add to mixture.
- Spoon into 8 x 8-inch casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
