Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 lemon
- 2 rosemary sprigs
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cover your chicken tenders with lemon juice from the lemon, rub them down with your garlic, rosemary and sprinkle them with lemon pepper.
- Place your chicken tenders in a baking dish and then pour a little chicken broth onto the bottom of your pan, just enough to produce a layer.
- Pop in a 375 degree F oven for approximatley 25 minutes, or until your tenders have cooked through.
- Serve and enjoy!

I have been trying to make this recipe. It seems easy but why could I not perfect cooking it. Is it because I squeeze too much lemon on it?

@Fladiver, We suggest you contact the original author of this recipe to determine what was used to coat the pan before cooking. However, it's often recommended to coat your pan with something (flour is acceptable) before cooking to avoid sticking, unless you're using a nonstick pan. Was the bottom of the pan dusted with a little flour? It isn't mentioned in the recipe or the video.
