Mongolian Chicken

I had a few boneless skinless thighs hanging around in the back of my freezer, so I thought I would thaw them out and give this dish a try. I was really impressed with how flavorful the sweet sauce turned out! I might use only one bunch of the green onions next time though, as it seemed like a bit much.
