No Bake German Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- CAKE:
- 1 cup Brazil nuts, soaked and sprouted
- 1 dash salt
- 1 cup dates, soaked
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- FILLING:
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- CHOCOLATE FROSTING:
- 1/3 cup dates, soaked
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
Instructions
- To make the cake, first start off by grinding together the Brazil nuts and salt in a food processor for 30 seconds.Then, add in soaked dates, cacao powder, coconut milk and vanilla and process until everything is integrated. Form into cake shape. Make 2 to 3 cake shapes if you'd like a layer cake. Use parchment paper if you'd like to flip it. For one cake, press into cake pan. Freeze for 10 minutes while you're making the frosting and filling.
- For the filling, first grind the walnuts in a food processor. Then, stir in the honey, vanilla, salt and coconut by hand. Fold onto each layer.
- To make the frosting, cream together the soaked dates, olive oil, cacao powder, salt and vanilla in a personal blender. Put on top of cake.

The recipe calls for coconut milk, but when I watched the "How-To" video, what the woman said was coconut milk did not look like coconut milk. I believe that was coconut water she actually used. Which is the correct ingredient?
