3 Mushroom Risotto
"I think getting risotto right is what I may call difficult. But once you have it right, well it will always turn out great. Do not fear, this recipe is easy to follow and results are well 5/5. In this 3 mushroom risotto, I like added any and all the mushroom variations. But yes limit it to three. You don’t want your dish to become overpowered by mushroom. You can use the dry variety of mushrooms and even fresh. My favorites are portobello, button and oyster mushrooms. And of course the cooking wine gives this dish almost all its flavor. I urge you to try this risotto and enjoy the fruits of your labor."
