- 1/2 pound green beans, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 1 tablespoon county dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup frozen edamame, thawed
- 1 (15-ounce) can no-salt-added kidney beans, drained and rinsed
