I have a family member who recently was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. She is struggling with finding ways to satisfy her sweet tooth without going overboard on the sugar, and this chocolate mousse would surely make her happy. I can't wait to send her the link to this recipe, and I also plan to try it myself!
