Healthy Cinnamon Buns
Fans of Cinnabon can rejoice because now, thanks to Dorothy Delaney's Healthy Cinnamon Buns recipe, the delectable taste of cinnamon rolls does not have to be associated with empty calories. In this video recipe, the dough is made from walnuts, soaked dates and salt. The dough is then filled with a mixture of oil, sugar and cinnamon, and then everything is coated in a frosting made from oil, lemon juice, honey and zest. Instead of an oven, here a dehydrator is used to finish the preparation process.
