Vegan Carrot Cake Ice Cream Cake
"Carrot cake with frosting replaced by creamy caramel-flavored banana ice cream and custom carrot coconut sprinkles to match! This cake is completely refined sugar free, sweetened with a combination of Medjool dates and coconut sugar. The cake is also gluten-free made with oat flour.
