Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons almond butter, crunchy
- 2 tablespoons dark cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond meal
- 25 drops NuNaturals NuSteviaâ„¢ Orange Stevia Liquid
- 3 tablespoons cacao nibs
Instructions

Combine the oil, almond butter, cocoa powder, almond meal, and Orange Stevia Liquid in a bowl.

Stir well to combine. Make sure there are no clumps of cocoa powder.

Refrigerate for approximately 10 minutes.

While waiting, add the cacao nibs to a food processor, and pulse until coarsely ground.

When the refrigerated mixture has stiffened a bit, use two small spoons to form into balls , and drop one by one into the cacao nibs.

Coat, and form into balls , then return to the fridge.

If dough is too hard to work with, allow it to soften at room temperature, and if too soft, return to fridge.

Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
