Mango Turmeric Coldbuster Smoothie
"This mango turmeric smoothie also goes by the name of "the coldbuster". It's packed with healthy ingredients (chard, mango, banana, ginger, turmeric, citrus, agave, and chia seeds) and it's one of our go to drinks when we feel a cold coming on. Now, there's no miracle cure for a cold and we're not claiming it as such. But eating healthy makes a HUGE difference and we love to power down this coldbuster turmeric smoothie when we feel the need."
