- Romaine lettuce, shredded
- Walnut taco meat
- Yellow chedda cheeze
- Red, green and yellow bell peppers, diced
- Avocado, sliced or guacomole
- Salsa, or cashew sour cream
- Tomatoes, onions, olives or cilantro
- Cucumbers, celery, raw chips or crackers, RAWRiTOS
Instructions
- Layer in this order from the bottom up:
- shredded romaine lettuce
- walnut taco meat
- yellow chedda cheeze
- diced red, green and yellow bell pepper
- guacomole or sliced avocado
- salsa or cashew sour cream
- tomatoes, onions,olives or cilantro
- Use cucumbers, celery, raw chips or crackers, RAWRiTOS for dipping.
