Cherries & Cream Smoothie
"Frozen cherries are a great staple to have in the freezer anytime you crave this sweet summer fruit! This smoothie will feel like a real treat, but it is full of vitamins, antioxidants, healthy fat and protein from the collagen. Grass-fed collagen is best, and I suggest a few brands if you have never bought collagen before. The canned coconut milk is the perfect consistency for making a lusciously smooth and thick smoothie without any dairy required!"
