YUM! right off the bat I would attempt the kale chips, roasted chick peas, eggplant lasagna and the veggie burger to attempt to impress my youngest daughter who is a vegetarian.. but everything looks and sounds delish!!

The bacon wrapped asparagus looks great. I would use organic turkey bacon to make it even healthier.
