Ingredients
- 4 (4-ounce) salmon fillets
- Olive Oil Mister
- 1 teaspoon dried cranberries
- 1 teaspoon dried blueberries
- 1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon strawberry fat-free yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425° F.
- Place fish, skin side down, in a baking dish coated with oil mist.
- Combine dried fruit, yogurt and mayo; spread evenly over fish.
- Bake at 425° F for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
