I hate spend loads of money on fresh fruit and vegetables just to end up tossing them when they go bad a couple days later. Ethylene gas is naturally emitted by fruit to help with the ripening process. When the gas is contained in a refrigerator, it speeds up spoiling. The BluApple actually absorbs this gas so the produce in your fridge does not. It will prolong the life of any fruits or vegetables surrounding it.

I tested the product with two heads of cabbage kept in separate refrigerators. One had a BluApple in the produce drawer and one did not. The results were evident. The cabbage with the BluApple lasted week after week, while the other head of cabbage only lasted a couple of weeks.
