A simple snack that is also good for you can be hard to find, but Crunchies are the perfect thing to munch on all day long. The freeze-dried fruit comes in 8 different varieties including strawberry, banana, strawberry-banana, raspberry, apple cinnamon, grape, mixed fruit, and pineapple.
You can tell after one bite from a bag of Crunchies, how fresh the fruit is when they pick it and freeze dry it. The fruit retains its beautiful color and I didn't see one chunk of "bad" fruit in any bag. This is because they source their fruit directly from farmers.
The freeze drying process leads to a crunchier fruit than regular dried fruit. I love the crunchy texture; they pop in your mouth. The flavors of the fruits are also bold and vibrant. My favorite of the varieties is the apple cinnamon. The flavors work really well with the texture.
Crunchies makes snacks you can eat without guilt. The low calorie bags of fruit are easy to store at the office or home. They are the perfect snack to pack in kid's lunches, too. I recommend keeping some in your desk at work and some stocked in the kitchen pantry.

I was a bit intimidated to try the fruit at first, but I ended up loving it! It's a lot puffier than just dried fruit. I think I enjoyed it much more. (Although, there were a few hard pieces in the pineapple that I didn't care for all that much.)

Dried pineapple is my favorite, and this freeze dried kind was very similar and bursting with flavor.

I really enjoyed this fruit. Freeze-dried fruit can be weird sometimes, but this brand had great texture and flavor.

I loved these, especially the pineapple and raspberries! They were both sweet but also had a nice tartness to them as well.

I love how these taste - I'm considering purchasing a bag to keep in my desk drawer for afternoon cravings! I tried the pineapple crunchies and they were very flavorful, crunchy, and sweet.

Not usually a huge fan of dried fruit, but I like how these are crunchy and not chewy like typical dried fruit. I would eat these as a snack in place of chips or crackers, or even when I'm craving something sweet.

I'm usually a little wary of freeze-dried snacks, but these were SO good! They're a little sweet and would be so perfect in homemade trail mix. I really loved the grapes and pineapples.

These are AMAZING! I was afraid the texture would put me off, but BOY THESE ARE GOOD! I will keep them around to add a pop of flavor to boring old oatmeal and cereals. YUM!

I loved the strawberries. These are such great healthy munchy snacks. The fruit would go great in granola or yogurt or cereal, too. I'm a champion of not eating my fresh produce fast enough before it goes bad, so that's one more reason the freeze dried fruit is a great option. Yum!

I would take these along with me on a nice adventurous hike. All the flavors are great. The cinnamon apple and strawberries are my favorite though.

I was not 100% on board with these at first since they are kind of like weird astronaut food and I live on earth where I can get actual fruit BUT they changed my mind. They make a yummy snack and I would love to add them to some trail mix on backpacking adventures. Not as refreshing as real, fresh fruit though. 3
