Kuhn Rikon JIU Serrated Paring Knife Review

I thought this knife worked wonderfully to prepare a number of different ingredients. I especially liked cutting tomatoes because the sharp and serrated blade can cut right through without smashing the fruit. I also liked using it to slice baguettes because of the serrated blade. The small size of the knife also makes it ideal for prepping smaller ingredients like garlic and ginger.
