LoSalt is a reduced sodium salt alternative that tastes just like regular salt, but is much better for your health. You can sprinkle some of it on your food to give it a little more flavor without adding any unwanted calories. You will find that losing weight will become a lot easier once you cut your sodium intake.
The difference between salt and LoSalt is that LoSalt cuts out 66 percent of the sodium content and replaces it with potassium chloride.
