This chopper has two extremely sharp, parallel blades. The handle is designed to easily fit in your hand. Soft grips make it comfortable to hold and press down. My favorite feature of the tool is definitely the built-in blade storage. A simple mechanism allows you to swing the blade safely into the handle of the tool. This not only gets your fingers safe, but also makes storing the tool easier.



The tool works best when you rock it back and forth which it is designed to naturally do. Herbs have always been tougher for me to chop; the rocking motion combined with the sharp blades makes it much simpler to do. I found the tool also made chopping garlic, ginger, nuts, and other smaller ingredients easier.
