The Rachael Ray Cucina Fruit and Vegetable Knife Set includes two important kitchen knives: a utility knife and a paring knife. These ultra-sharp knives can handle all of your fruits and vegetables. The utility knife is great for chopping lettuce, onions, and carrots, while the paring knife is great for smaller fruits like apples, lemons, and much more. 

When cutting any ingredient, especially fruits and vegetables, you need a sharp and well-designed knife to do the job right and safely. Each of these knives features a sharp blade made from Japanese stainless steel. I love that they include protective sheaths for both knives since they are so sharp. This way you don't risk cutting yourself when you reach into a drawer with knives.

I love the handles on these knives; they feel almost rubbery and have a great grip. This allows you to do heavy duty chopping and careful slicing. The smaller paring knife is 3.5 inches, while the larger knife has a 6 inch blade. The small size of the paring knife makes it perfect for small fruits and herbs. I love using it to slice garlic or cut up an apple. The larger knife is going to be your go-to utility in the knife in the kitchen.
