When you get your snack kit, look on the back of the packaging. There are four portioning ideas for your snack kit: School Snack, Calorie Conscious, Strength Training, and Carb Control. Cleaning the snack kit is easy with a dishwasher safe silicone base, but the lid to the kit is not dishwasher safe, so hand washing is necessary after use.
