The Wedderspoon Gourmet Honey Gift Set includes three of their best honey varieties: Raw Dandelion Honey, Raw Beechwood Honey, and Raw Rata Honey. These divine honeys taste great on a cracker or incorporated into a recipe. Each honey is loaded with nutrients and flavor, while being devoid of any GMOs.

I didn't know much about honey before sampling these delicious varieties from Wedderspoon, and now I feel like an expert. Each honey in this gift set is named for the flower the bee pollinates. All of these honeys are sourced from New Zealand, raw, and have unique qualities.

My favorite of the three types included was the Wild Rata Honey. It had a creamy-like consistency and flavor that I really enjoyed. The Wild Dandelion Honey had the strongest flavor of the set and I found that it lent itself best to simple uses in tea and on crackers. It is a honey that is definitely meant to be savored. The third honey is the Beechwood Honey and it has syrupy qualities not found in the other two varieties. I really enjoyed it in the morning over yogurt and other breakfast items.

This gourmet honey is so delicious mixed into tea or even drizzled on toast. They also recommend trying it with your favorite artisan cheese and fruit, which makes for a dinner party hit. This honey gift set makes a great present for a host, teacher, co-worker, or just about anyone!
