I don't usually buy sugar free ice cream, but I like to make vanilla frozen yogurt at home. I use it to top baked goods, and add it to my frozen coffee drinks. I used that in this recipe and it was really good! It's healthy enough, and has a nice dose of protein from the peanut butter, that I might even serve this to the kids for a special breakfast treat!
