Ingredients

  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple, crushed
  • 1 cup coconut, flaked
  • 1 papaya, diced
  • 1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. Combine oranges, bananas, pineapple, coconut, papaya and sour cream; cover.
     
  2. Refrigerate for six hours or longer, then serve on a bed of lettuce or in a hollowed out pineapple shell.
     
  3. Garnish with coconut.
