With the fourth of July coming up, I think using star fruit is an awesome festive way to celebrate the season! Although it can be somewhat time consuming to peel and slice the fruits, the end result is so fresh and full of bright tropical flavor! I might even make this stuff the night before and serve it with breakfast since it is so healthy!
