Liquid Smoke Bourbon Chicken
If you've had Liquid Smoke in other recipes, you know of its immense flavor. This liquid smoke bourbon chicken recipe is no different, except for the fact that it may be healthier.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless chicken breast
- 1 cup Jim Beam Bourbon whiskey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon Hickory Liquid Smoke
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine Bourbon, sugar, ketchup, liquid smoke, sauce, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper and brush chicken with thin coating of glaze and place on grill.
- Continue to baste while turning chicken.
