    I love to serve dishes like this when hosting a dinner party, since I think it looks so elegant in it's natural "shell" as opposed to something scooped out onto your plate! I'm not sure whether you're formally supposed to eat the squash skin or not, but I really like it - just like I like the crusty brown skin on a baked potato!

    I've never made spaghetti squash before, but this recipe doesn't look too difficult!
