What a unique recipe for lasagna, I have never seen a recipe like this. My mother used to make a similar ham dish with egg noodles. I like all the springtime ingredients including the bechamel sauce which is lighter than I thought. I may even try it without the ham. In any case, it will be a nice change from traditional lasagna.
