I see a lot of taco soup recipes out there, but this dish is thick and hearty and definitely more of a chili than a soup. Easy to customize the toppings to each individual taste and I even give you a gluten free option as well. With the BIG GAME coming up this weekend, this is a recipe you need to put on your menu!"

    This chili recipe is so hearty and packed with fresh flavors that I don't even miss the meat. The bulgar used in place of meat gives it a great texture. I think barley could work well in this recipe. The corn adds a pop of color and also sweetness to the dish. I like diced fresh avocado on top, since that gives it a nice bit of creaminess, without having to add cheese.
