Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Namaste Biscuits, Piecrust & More
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 medium pear, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place butter or margarine in a 9 inch pie plate. Heat in the oven until melted.
- Combine biscuit mix, milk, eggs and salt in small bowl; whisk until smooth. Arrange pear slices and raisins in bottom of pie plate. Pour batter on top. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
- Top with fresh berries, syrup, Greek yogurt and/or whipped cream.
