This is a combination of all my favorite foods, especially pizza! And it's healthy? What a find? I'll probably make this without olives though.

This would be a fun recipe to make, especially with kids. It would be easy to convert this to a vegetarian version by eliminating the meat and adding more beans and corn. I like the homemade taco seasoning. I make mine from scratch too, and seldom buy the salty store packets. I would add chopped cilantro just before serving. Yum!

haven't tried the pizza yet it looks good..... but how do you know how many carbs are in it or any dishes.
