"This is an everyday green salad that is just great to keep you filled up. You can have this as a mid-day snack or just part of your regular meals. Add some meat or chicken to it and you have something healthy going on there. This green salad is made with salad leaves. The leaves come is different varieties. My favorite is a arugula because of its peppery flavor. So go on mix up some of those leaves and make your one type of green salad."
