Almond Dijon Dressing
"When ranch dressing feels old and boring, I love making almond dijon dressing to literally spice things up a bit! The dressing is thick, luscious, creamy, and mustardy. Toss almond dijon dressing on top of your favorite salads or serve it as a dip in a vegetable tray! Slather almond dijon on a sandwich in place of mustard and mayo. Making almond dijon dressing is pretty simple. First, soak some almonds, then blend with water, dijon, maple syrup, onion powder, mustard powder, and salt! Then, whisk in some stone ground mustard and you’ve got almond dijon dressing!"
