- 1/2 tablespoon red curry paste (such as Thai Kitchen)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (approximately 1/2 lime)
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, diced
- 1 1/2 cup coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup toasted peanuts
- 3 green onions
- salt & pepper to taste
